Rallo Vicoletto, Orange Wine
The Vesco family make fragrant wines, organically grown in a certified organic agriculture. They represent the best and most typical style of winemaking in western Sicily: crisp Catarratto and perfumed, fresh Nero d’Avola from their hillside vineyards.
This orange wine is slightly cloudy in colour thanks to the natural approach to winemaking; with no stabilisation, fining or filtration resulting in a wine with very low sulphur levels. The bouquet is a beautiful mix of citrus, grapefruit, apple and white fleshed fruits that follows onto the palate. Complemented by Mediterranean herbs and a backbone of fresh, racy acidity.
Vaira Vincenzo Bianco
Fattoria di Vaira is one of the largest biodynamic farms in Italy. Here they cultivate vegetables, grains and cereals, and produce fresh cheeses, olive oil and honey. After several years of applying biodynamic practices, their soil has been restored, reaching a degree of purity similar to wild soil.
Baglio Bianco Catarrato
If you are not familiar with orange wines, then this is a great place to start! This little Sicilian wine offers all of the characteristics of natural, orange wine, rich, pithy fruit character, savoury herbs, ginger and spices. Ideal for curries and classic Sicilian dishes.
CasaBelfi Col Fondo Prosecco
Dry, light, naturally and biodynamically made Prosecco. Really cloudy, yeasty, buttery, such a pleasure to drink and only 10.5%. We love this wine!
Casa Belfi Col Fondo Frizzante Rosso
A red declassified Prosecco made using the traditional col fondo method whereby the wine is refermented in bottle without disgorgement. Super light and refreshing and packed full of juicy cherry and raspberry flavours.
