Classic Jura style, this Savagnin is oak aged for three years.  It is wonderfully aromatic, rich and mineral. Based in Poligny, in the heart of the Jura region, the Badoz family have been making wine in Jura since 1659.  Now in it’s 10th generation they continue to make outstanding, gastronomic wines.  This Savagnin demands food: cheese, nuts, meats all pair beautifully.  We are very proud to stock these wines and love everything they do.
