Pita Organic Verdejo
The PITA Verdejo pushes the norm for Rueda. Further South within the region and therefore on more chalky soils, but still at high altitude. Emilio’s Verdejo displays minerality alongside its fruity and floral aromatics. It has have plenty of fresh acidity to balance the natural weight of the grape variety. A wonderful aperitif, with summer salads, or maybe some roast chicken. Especially for those looking for an alternative to Sauvignon Blanc!
Amaltea De Loxarel
Greek goddess, Amaltea was given a goat’s horn by her young foster son, Zeus and was then placed amongst the stars. The goat, the horn and the constellation has become the basis of biodynamic farming.
However, you can just ignore all that and enjoy the wine! Ripe fruits, fresh acidity with hints of stone fruit and Mediterannean herbs.
Chateau St Cyrgues Salamandre Orange
The Château Saint Cyrgues estate is located in the South of France, near Nîmes. It faces the Petite Camargue, one of the most beautiful sites in France, and the Mediterranean Sea. The estate is over a hundred years old, but keeps up with the times as it is certified organic.
This is a great orange wine with plenty of flavours of peach and summer fruits. Easy drinking, summery and delicious!
Vins el Cep Negre de Terrer
A delicious organic and biodynamic red from just west of Barcelona. It’s very approachable and silky smooth with lovely fresh berry notes – a blend of international varities – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.
This pioneering Penedès farm was formed by four historic wine growing families in 1980 to make wines from vineyards they’ve been farming since 1448. Organic since 2001 and farming biodynamically since 2003, they remain one of the region’s most progressive producers. Vines are mostly grown on the slopes of Anoia as well as spread over the municipalities of Santi Sadurní d’Anoia, Gelida and Sant Lorenç d’Hortons.
Vins el Cep, Blanc de Terrer
This pioneering Penedès farm was formed by four historic wine growing families in 1980 to make wines from vineyards they’ve been farming since 1448. Organic since 2001 and farming biodynamically since 2003, they remain one of the region’s most progressive producers. Vines are mostly grown on the slopes of Anoia as well as spread over the municipalities of Santi Sadurní d’Anoia, Gelida and Sant Lorenç d’Hortons.
This white has a delicate nose with notes of sweet white fruits and a touch of citrus that suggests plenty of freshness. Very well integrated with the fruit, balanced and complex. Very clean with a long finish.
Antonio Camillo Morellino Di Scansano
This wine is full of red and black fruit aromas and more on the black plums than the cherries. Smooth and round.
Ciu Ciu Lacrima Di Morro D’Alba
This Lacrima is extremely floral – think parma violets, sweet cherries, liquorice and juicy sweet-sour palate reminiscent of black Muscat grapes.

La Comarcal Delmoro
Red fruits and Mediterranean forest herbs, such as thyme and rosemary come through on the palate. The spicy background gives the wine a wonderful elegance and freshness, amongst floral notes which can also be found. Rustic, but seductive with a slightly balsamic finish.

Chateau De L’Escarelle Les Deux Anges Rose
Chateau de L’Escarelle is establishing itself as a leader in sustainable agriculture, not just in Provence but the whole of France. The estate hugs the slopes of the Montagne de La Loube and the terroir is perfect for creating elegant rose wines demonstrative of the clay and limestone. The name ‘Les Deux Anges’ was inspired by a pair of cheerful cherub statues that were found when building a new storehouse in 2015.
A Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault blend that produces wild strawberry and citrus aromas. The palate is rich with clean and fresh flavours of mango and pomelo with hints of pepper as well. Red fruit flavours will gain complexity as it ages, best drunk as an aperitif or with Provnce style dishes with plenty of garlic and basil.

Clos Labree Las Bordas
Between the sea and the mountains, in the Pyrenean foothills, Clos Labree produce dry Jurançon wines, organically on the hillsides of Chapelle de Rousse.

The farm was born in 1981, in the area between Alanno, Cugnoli and Pietranico, in the province of Pescara. This hilly landscape is almost totally devoted to vineyards and the local grapes, such as Montepulciano, Passerina and the once-endangered but now thriving Pecorino.

Made using organic and low intervention methods, this is well worth a try for those who like something a little different!

Chateau Combel La Serre ‘Le Pur Fruit Du Causse’, Cahors
The Ilberts have been growing vines in Cahors since 1901, bottling their own wines since 1998, and current vignerons Julien and Sophie today farms 23 hectares on the highest reaches of la causse, an old Occitan word for the region’s limestone plateau.
Recognisably a Malbec, yet at just 12.5% alcohol it’s a genuine vin de soif – even for serving slightly chilled in warmer summer months. Radically brilliant.
Johanneshof Reinisch Pinot Noir
The grapes for this Pinot Noir come from the vineyards surrounding Tattendorf where limestone soil is prevalant and therefore the ideal location for this grape. A small portion also comes from the young vines from Anninger mountain in Gumpoldskirchen. A charming fragrance and intensity, with aromas and flavours of raspberries and blackberries. Very elegant, with soft, round tannins and a lovey lingering finish.
Davenport Horsmonden Dry White
Davenport Winery started in 1991 when Will Davenport planted 5 acres of vines at Horsmonden in Kent. Always a supporter of organic farming practices, the winery was one of the first in England to be certified fully organic in 2000.
The benchmark wine of the Davenport Winery, aromatic peach and floral fruit made from Bacchus, Ortega, Faber, Siegerrebe and Huxelrebe, with a soft creamy texture.
CasaBelfi Col Fondo Prosecco
Dry, light, naturally and biodynamically made Prosecco. Really cloudy, yeasty, buttery, such a pleasure to drink and only 10.5%. We love this wine!

Testalonga Baby Bandito Keep On Punching
A pure style of Chenin Blanc from nearly 50 year old vines that produce small clusters full of concentration and a high natural acidity. Lemon aromas and flavours with some peach, floral and flint notes. A very interesting wine for both lovers of natural wine and those new to the style.
Vincent Caille La Part Du Colibri Cabernet Franc

Frey Pinot Blanc
The Frey winery has been in the heart of the village of Ober-Flörsheim for four generations. This is the highest settlement in the south-west of Rheinhessen, where the family’s roots as winegrowers go back into the 18th century. Philipp and Christopher Frey, the youngest generation of the family, and their father Stefan are now in charge, tending 23 hectares of organic vines.

Craig Hawkins is a young winemaker based in the Swartland, South Africa, where he rents about 11ha of vineyard, farmed organically and biodynamically. Having travelled extensively throughout Europe, and then worked as wine maker for Lammershoek, he now makes makes a huge variety of different wines under his own Testalonga label.
Bodegas Gratias Comboi, Vino Ancestral
“Comboi”, is a local Valencian expression used when a group of people come together to have a good time, full of enthusiasm and joy, a bit like the wine! This is a Pet Nat lightly sparkling wine created “metodo ancestral” from 100% Tardana grapes. Beautiful and refreshing, with delicate bubbles and fresh fruity aromas. As natural as wine can get, with minute sulphur additions, if any.

The Comboi project is all about the respect for the local environment. This old Tardana vineyard supports 70 year old vines tended using organic and sustainable viticulture methods.
Serve cold in an ice bucket! Really fresh in the mouth, this is perfect as an aperitif but work well with seafood, paella and creamy pasta dishes.
Domaine Bott-Geyl Gewürztraminer Les Elements
Jean-Christophe Bott has been responsible for Domaine Bott-Geyl since 1993. The vineyards were converted to organic status in 2000 and biodynamic in 2002. jean-Christophe concentrates on low yielding vines and his wines are made using natural and minimalist techniques. Intense, spicy and exotic notes are expressed in this well-balanced, elegant wine.
