Mont Rocher Viognier
The vineyards for Fidèle Soleilla are perched high in the dramatic hills and terraces above the Vallée d’Agly with a unique character of its own. The famed black schist is interspersed with pockets of limestone from the higher slopes, combining the richness and power that is typical of Maury with a fresher, more finely defined character.
Honeysuckle and apricot aromas and a rich, almost unctuous palate that is somehow still dry, tangy and refreshing.
Felicette Rosé
The theme is Astrocats, an homage to Felicette the first cat in space! A pale salmon pink wine, refreshing and fruity, with delicate red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry.
Mont Rocher Malbec
Ripe plum, blackberries and cherries on the nose. This is rich and rounded wine with perfectly balanced tannins. The long finish is smooth and succulent. This wine cries out for barbecued meat or strong cheeses.

Gaia de Chateau Puybarbe
Château Puybarbe is situated at the highest elevation of the Côtes de Bourg appellation, looking over the Gironde estuary on the right bank of Bordeaux. The 36-hectare vineyard comprises predominantly Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and is cultivated according to sustainable philosophies. Château Puybarbe uses no herbicides or chemical fertilizers.
This wine is a delight with various including rich salads, various vegetarian meals as well as moderate red-meat dishes. Roasted chicken, fried veal escalope & duck confit.
Bergerie La Bastide Terre du Sud
A juicy red from a cooperative near Beziers, just down the coast from Montpellier. This has been a favourite for a long time and is fantastic value for money. Dark cherries, plum and vanilla flavours, just so easy to drink!
Felicette Grenache Blanc
In homage to Felicette, the first cat to travel to space in 1963. An intense but fresh bouquet combining mint, pear, dry apricot and white flowers. A wonderfully fresh palate of mango and a hint of spice leading into a cripsy lime zest finish.
Felicette Rouge Grenache
It is often said that there are more people who have travelled to space than there are Masters of Wine, and while that may be very true, there are many more MW’s than there are cosmic cats!
A bright red colour with purplish reflections. A powerful nose of violets and red fruits. Very tasty in the mouth with raspberry and plum aromas. Medium-bodied on the palate, soft and juicy.
Estandon Le Rollier Rose
A beautiful pale rose made on the Mediterannean coast, which is also famous for the beautiful Rollier bird. Aromas of white peach, citrus and a hint of red summer fruits. Light, fresh and easy drinking.
Chatelain Desjacques Sauvignon Blanc VDF
Highly aromatic wine with fresh zesty citrus and gooseberry flavours and mouth-watering acidity. Nice mineral finish.

Passage du Sud Vermentino
Passage du Sud, meaning “On it’s way South”… is a tribute to the migrating birds which are leaving behind the cold season to reach warmer Mediterranean places. This fruity and well balanced white is typical of the South of France styles. Pale lemon yellow. Blending floral notes on the nose, with fresh pear, lime and green apple. A fresh, crisp medium-bodied white, creamy in texture. Ample acidity in the lingering finish.

Chateau St Cyrgues Salamandre Rouge
The Château Saint Cyrgues estate is located in the South of France, near Nîmes. It faces the Petite Camargue, one of the most beautiful sites in France, and the Mediterranean Sea. The estate is over a hundred years old, but keeps up with the times as it is certified organic.
A natural red with plenty of red berry fruit, liquorice and black pepper. No added sulphur.

An organic and biodyanmic Bourdeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, producing rich red fruit aromas and blackcurrant and dark cherry on the palate.

Bastide Merlot
The Château, which has been there since 1770, and vineyards are situated at the very northern tip of the Corbières just to the south of the Minervois.With a colour of deep ruby red and violet hues.
The nose offers a medley of red fruits, which continue onto the soft palate with the addition of earthy truffle and black olive notes towards the finish. Pairs particularly well with game dishes and mushroom based dishes.
Lo Petit Fantet d’Hippolyte
Château Ollieux Romanis is located in the heart of the Pinada massif , in the Corbières. Lo Petit has an intense nose, with sweet raspberry and kirsch fruit. Lightly spiced, unfined and unfiltered.
Marcillac Lo Sang Del Pais

Font de Joubert Cotes du Rhone
Font de Joubert are made by the Charrier family from old vines, many over 100 years old. These gnarly old vines produce a concentrated grape juice from a number of small plots that are co-fermented. Almost entirely Grenache, just 3% is made up of a mixture of other permitted varieties which are planted in among the Grenache vines. The focus here is on fresh elegance with great concentration rather than power and volume.

Olivier Cazenave et Château Bel A Ciao Orange Wine
98% Semillion with just a touch of Sauvignon Blanc added to enhance the freshness and acidity. Olivier Cazenave is the winemaker behind this experimental wine named after a revolutionary song, with roots in Northern Ireland but used as an anti-fascist song by the Italians in the 1940’s. A wild nose of tangerine, blossom and grassy notes, with an almost tropical palate of Sicilian lemons and Mediterannean herbs. A vibrant, energetic wine that pairs well with exotic spicy dishes or curry based foods.

Absolutely fantastic Chardonnay from a brilliant producer. A must-try for any Burgundy lover, the clay-rich soils of Bernouil give this wine its freshness, minerality and fruit-forward flavours. This is a light, fruity, easy-drinking wine. Such good value for money!
