The Vermentino is clean & light with a great citrus and apple nose. The palate ranges from mandarin, peach and pear through to crisp grapefruit acifity on the finish.

This Chardonnay is pale lemon in colour; fresh fruits on the nose with hints of nectarine, peach and orange blossom with rich vanilla oak and a touch of spice. The palate is generous, expressing flavours of stone fruit and a citrus nuance, balanced acidity and subtle oak.
Great with white meats or buttery pastry dishes.

Quinta Das Maias Branco
In the foothills of the Serra de Estrela (Star Mountain), Quinta das Maias was first established in 1893. It is now a registered organic estate, capturing the freshness and focus that this vineyard offers. The name of the estate derives from the Portuguese word for the month of May, which is when the Weaver’s Broom (known as Giesta, but here as Maias) flowers here.
Malvasia dominated dry white from this registered organic, high altitude estate. Citric, clear and brilliant, with floral notes of lime and lemon. On the palate it is fresh, elegant and structured, in the classic line of the Dão white wines.

Villa Wolf Gewürztraminer is made in a fruity style that has just enough sweetness to be perfect with spicier dishes, but it is not so sweet that the wine becomes unbalanced. It is an extremely enjoyable and approachable style that can be enjoyed by all.

It was in the Pfalz region, back in the 19th century, that Pinot Gris was first identified as an individual variety and vinified separately. The modern-day Villa Wolf Pinot Gris is made in a full-bodied, dry style with fresh, unoaked fruit and a crisp texture. It is an excellent partner for salmon, chicken or pork.

The estate combine historical Grand Cru sites with the heritage of thier ancestors to produce complex wines of world class that express the great qualities from the soil, climate and the grape varieties grown in the region.
Quite fragrant aromas with a hint of honey and then refreshing on the palate with juicy pears, apricots and limes. Balanced by wonderful acidity and intense minerality, this is a classic, slightly off dry Riesling from the Mosel region.
We love to pair this with seafood Thai dishes that have a little spice, like a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Cantina Cellaro ‘Luma’ Grillo Sicilia IGT
Sambuca di Sicilia, located 40 miles southwest of Palermo, has been producing wine for centuries, and Cantine Cellaro’s wines are an incomparable expression of the historical region. This slightly tannic Grillo boasts a lively, fresh acidity, with floral hints and exotic fruit flavours. Excellent to serve with light dishes or fish dishes, light risotto, cous cous and fish soup. Great with smoked fish and crab. Excellent aperitif.
Weingut Hanewald-Schwerdt Chardonnay
The family owned and operated estate Hanewald-Schwerdt was founded in 1955 in Leistadt. Today cousins, Thomas Hanewald & Stephan Schwerdt look after the family buisness which was established by their grandfather. The secret of their handcrafted wines is a unique limestone reef which dominates all the sites arround Leistadt. The vines are old and surrounded by a protected natural resort in the shade of the Haardt mountains.
A fruity, elegant Chardonnay with citrus aromas and hints of melon and vanilla spice. Juicy with good structure and subtle acidity that makes it very refreshing and a great accompaniment to seafood dishes, especially brook trout Müllerin.
Quinta do Ermizio Chin Chin Vinho Verde
A blend of Trajadura, Arinto & Loureiro, this Portuguese Vinho Verde is a collaboration between winery Quinta Do Ermizio and top London restaurant and magazine, Noble Rot. Local artist Jose Mendez provided the eye catching label. Gaining a bit of a cult following, this wine is a limited production that is dry, fruity, zesty and refreshing and really really easy drinking.
Pair with grilled or baked fish, salads and sunshine. Chin Chin!

The dry style of the wine is ideal for classic continental cuisine.

This wine is made from an ancient variety of Wagram. Its very lovely indeed, kind of red apple fruit flavours with the perfect balance of fruit and acidity. Spices on the nose, very juicy and complex.

An excellent summer wine; dry, fruity and very refreshing with notes of tangy citrus but also sweeter tropical hints of pineapple and white peach. The good acidity keeps the wine balanced and refreshes the palate.
Cantine Povero Roero Arneis
Arneis, whose origin is lost in the mists of time, is cultivated since ancient times in the hilly and sandy soils of Roero. Here the Tenuta Fratelli Povero owns the organic vineyards, from which Roero Arneis is made. Arneis ranks now among the greatest white wines of Italy. The floral and fruity aromas are intense and fresh. Medium-bodied, the palate is dry and delicate, with a persistent finish with an almond hint.

One Monkey! Much Fruit! No Bananas!
Morio Muskat is a old, very rare variety which appeared in 1928. The monkey comes from a stuffed toy monkey that was found near the vines and left there, becoming a mascot for the vines. Quite a perfumed nose with elderflower, apple and pineapple notes. A really great summer wine!
Marco Abella Olbieta Blanc
OLBIETA reflects the characteristics and essence of Mediterranean wines. Vines are situated at high elevation and not far from the Mediterranean coast. The influence of the vineyard soil (slate) and the Mediterranean climate create a true expression of terroir combined with white fruits and flowers. Aromas of pear, lychee, fennel and citrus fruits. Complex, fresh and mineral with great length on the palate.
Cloud Cuckoo Land White
Wild & Wilder were founded by Master of Wine duo Fergal Tynan and Giles Cooke, with Giles also being the winemaker. Both men have worked extensively around the world learning their craft including time in Europe, North and South America before settling in Southern Australia. The duo work with several growers across various regions to hand craft outstandingly good wines at their Adelade Hills winery that are seriously well made, bags of fun and extremely drinkable.
This wine has lashings of ripe pear, almond blossom and quince on the nose and palate. If you like a Viognier, give this a whirl!
We love this with creamy fish pie, or a chunky fish finger and tartare sauce sandwich.

Echeverria No Es Pituko Viognier
Echeverria is a winery in Chile’s oldest wine regions, Curicó Valley. With a view for sustainability, the vines are even irrigated by the melting snow off the Andes Mountains. Winemaker Roberto Echeverría Jr is inspired by his French heritage and so focuses on producing wines from French varietals in his own style of blending New World innovation with Old World elegance. The 80 year old cellar also houses a museum which holds many relics of winemaking including a French grape press from the 1930’s.
‘No es Pituko’ is Chilean slang for ‘it ain’t fancy’ reflecting the fact that this wine was vinified naturally, without any additions at any stage. Vibrant aromas of peach and tropical fruits are layered with buttery notes and balanced by a refreshing natural acidity.
