This blend of Scheurebe, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling is exceptionally refreshing, with brilliant minerality and moderate acidity. Complex and juicy flavours of elderberry and apple with a lingering finish. Beautiful when paired with fresh salads or a diverse range of Asian-inspired dishes.
No es Pituko Cabernet Sauvignon

Lyrarakis Dafni
Olivier Cazenave et Château Bel A Ciao Orange Wine
98% Semillion with just a touch of Sauvignon Blanc added to enhance the freshness and acidity. Olivier Cazenave is the winemaker behind this experimental wine named after a revolutionary song, with roots in Northern Ireland but used as an anti-fascist song by the Italians in the 1940’s. A wild nose of tangerine, blossom and grassy notes, with an almost tropical palate of Sicilian lemons and Mediterannean herbs. A vibrant, energetic wine that pairs well with exotic spicy dishes or curry based foods.
Produttori Di Manduria Alice Verdeca
In the heel of Italy, Manduria is considered the birth place of the native Primitivo grape, and was officially recognised as such in the 1970s when a DOC was created for the region.
As well as making high quality examples of Puglia’s most famous vinous export, the co-operative is well versed in producing fascinating whites from Fiano and Verdeca. This rare variety of native grape is picked from 15 to 20 year old espalier trained vines in the middle of September. The nose shows aromatic white flowers mixed with citrus notes as well as pear and pineapple. Dry on the palate this is fresh and mineral like.
Incredible with baked pastries, croissant, but anything with acidity/ lemon flavours.
El Pinto Palomino
A fresh and crisp natural wine made as sustainably as possible. Apple and citrus flavours with good acidity and minerality.
Serbal Pinot Noir
Slowly but surely, Argentine Pinot Noir starts to be taken seriously, and not only those from Patagonia. This delicious offering from Atamisque’s own Uco Valley vines fits the Serbal ethos perfectly – don’t spoil a lovely young wine with oak! – it is all about fruit and pure varietal character.
There is also an attractive plumpness and texture on the mid palate that you don’t often see in wines in this price range. There’s a way to go before the Argentines are up there with Marlborough et al, perhaps, but this definitely kicks your lower end Burgundy into the long grass. It simply could not be made from anything other than Pinot Noir and you cannot say that about a lot of South American examples.
Soli Pinot Noir
Savoury crunch, plush cherry-red softness, spiked with wild strawberry and red cherry notes, orange rind, and sandalwood-clove hints. The tannins are soft and with a fine backbone of acidity too. Bright and brilliant.
Lorca Fantasia Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Mauricio Lorca’s own vineyards in Vista Flores in the Uco Valley, 30% of which is lightly oaked. High density, high vertical vine training, just under 7,000 vines per hectare, approximately 2 bottles of wine per plant, this is the Fantasia philosophy.
Dark, brooding colour; a most intense nose reminiscent of black wine gums, sweet black plums and blueberry pie; the palate is softness itself, very smooth tannins and an impressive finish with hints of tobacco leaf and fresh mint.
Serbal Chardonnay
Excellent unoaked Chardonnay from Serbal, this is such good value for money. It shows considerable elegance, varietal character and poise for a wine at this price level, perhaps elucidating the French bias in this winery.
Serbal Viognier
Why don’t more people drink and love Viognier? Perhaps it’s because so many examples from Europe, from France in particular – lovely though they can be – can sometimes tend towards a heaviness of texture and aromatic profile that limits the appetite for a second or third glass. Introducing Serbal, then, with a delicacy of touch throughout – subtle aromas of peach, lemon and white flowers, no oak, and a splendid zip of acidity on the palate. That ‘oiliness’ in the mouth that can sometimes feel a bit laboured is blissfully absent here, in a wine that is simultaneously exotic on the nose and vertical in the mouth.
Ciu Ciu Lacrima Di Morro D’Alba
This Lacrima is extremely floral – think parma violets, sweet cherries, liquorice and juicy sweet-sour palate reminiscent of black Muscat grapes.
Primitivo Di Manduria Magnifico Rosso
This Primitivo di Manduria is big and full-bodied, with great structure balanced by luscious, fresh dark fruits, this is a gorgeous wine which is incredibly moreish and boasts a long, satisfying finish.

Gaia Wines, Ritinitis Nobilis Retsina
A refreshing Retsina made from the superior Roditis variety, which is perfectly balanced between notes of pine and grapes. The citrus expression co-exists with the delicate and aromatic pine resin on equal terms.
Domaine Fournillon et Fils Bourgogne Blanc
Absolutely fantastic Chardonnay from a brilliant producer. A must-try for any Burgundy lover, the clay-rich soils of Bernouil give this wine its freshness, minerality and fruit-forward flavours. This is a light, fruity, easy-drinking wine. Such good value for money!

Montepulciano is a grape native to Italy, but here in Australia offers bags of character; medium bodied with lovely, velvety, perfumed dark berry flavours and subtle hints of coffee. Fantastic refined winemaking. If you like your characterful Italian reds, it’s well worth giving this a whirl.
We love to pair this with roasted stuffed peppers and pan fried fresh tuna steaks.

This 100% Fiano is a medium bodied white that is just bursting with tropical fruits (pineapple, guava, kiwi, passionfruit). If you’re a fan of Chenin Blanc or Viognier, give this a whirl.
Pairs really well with seafood paella and a dollop of sunshine. Lovely stuff.

With its sister vineyard Pajzos the Chateau shares winemaking facilities & the famous Rákóczi Cellars at the Sárospatak Castle, the best preserved Renaissance castle in Hungary.
Citrus & lime aromas with lively acidity. A deep, fruity, minerally wine. Ages very well, it’s great for beefing up the cellar with something reliable. Stands up well to full bodied rich & buttery fish dishes such as Dover Sole with lemon verbena. Its versatility makes it fabulous with strongly flavoured vegetable dishes; mustard & tomato dishes.
Chateau Megyer Hárslevelű
Chateau Megyer is located in the Tokaji producing region in north-eastern Hungary. The region is most famous for sweet wines, but also produces some outstanding dry whites.
Hárslevelű pronouned Harsh-level-loo, means linden-leaf in Hungarian, the wine is very suited to bottle ageing. This is a 2014 vintage, but it could go on for several more years. This is one for fans of a decent unoaked Chardonnay who want to try something different. Honey, herbs and a slight smokiness. Great on its own or would suit white meats.
Soalheiro Allo
This is a lighter and more everyday style of wine than most of their range. Very juicy, very fresh, and the Loureiro adds a little floral elegance to the Alvarinho’s fruit.
Perfect for a sunny day, and very food friendly.

Salcheto Chianti Biskero
Salcheto is named after the Salcheto stream that runs through this hilly, 21 hectare property. Located in the heart of Montepulciano, Salcheto is dedicated to Sangiovese in the clonal guise of Prugnolo Gentile: the soul of Vino Nobile. Prugnolo Gentile differs from other Sangiovese clones in Tuscany offering softer, more plum-like flavours than the usual black cherry and it really shows in this very drinkable red.
Salcheto is certified Organic. The grapes are hand harvested, treating them gently and with care. No sulphites are used in the production of this wine and native yeasts are used for fermentation. The Chianti Biskero wafts from the glass with dark red cherries, licorice, crushed flowers and spices. It is an apprachable, mid-weight Chianti best suited for drinking now or over the next 2-3 years.

Ciu Ciu Falerio
The Falerio Oris Bianco is an organically-farmed blend of three native grapes that is so easy to drink. Aromas of peach and honeysuckle abound, which continue onto the palate. A medium-body balanced with a well judged acidity, and a fresh finish with a touch of spice.
Sauvignon A Peu Pres
Made from vines directly next to Pouilly-Fume vines. The refreshing, cooling, palate is delicious, with so much length for a wine at this price. It has a good dose of fruit too – pineapple, and grassy notes too, just a little of that gun-flint smokiness, that we like so much about wines from this region. The palate shines like diamonds. It’s shimmering with sparks of citrus, but then kept in check by that terroir that again brings you back to classic Fumé that comes from the chalky and slightly flinty soils here.
Lapilli Falanghina
This Falanghina is an excellent summer wine; dry, fruity and very refreshing with notes of tangy citrus but also sweeter tropical hints of pineapple and white peach. The good acidity keeps the wine balanced and fresh on the palate. A great pairing with fish and shellfish.
